The "Internationalisation Descriptors for Higher Education" (IDHE) are a multidimensional tool designed to support the strategic management of internationalisation in higher education.

The ParQua tool was developed by the ARES Commission for International Relations in response to a key observation: while the development and management of inter-institutional partnerships is a central element of internationalisation for many institutions, they rarely have tools available to assess the quality of these partnerships.

The objective of this glossary is to provide English translations of key terms used in higher education within the Wallonia-Brussels Federation (FWB), thereby promoting effective and consistent communication in English from institutions to non-French-speaking target audiences.
