Vision
Models of democratic and pluralistic societies where power and knowledge are equitably distributed, and where all individuals have access to quality education that fosters innovation, the creation and sharing of knowledge, perspectives, and skills. These individuals contribute—both individually and collectively—to addressing the major challenges of our time in their social, environmental, cultural, and economic dimensions.
Mission
To implement international academic cooperation between higher education institutions in the Global South and those in French-speaking Belgium, based on equitable and reciprocal partnerships. This cooperation promotes a balanced exchange of knowledge and skills, responds to the needs and aspirations of local populations, and aligns with a vision of sustainable development grounded in diverse and culturally respectful perspectives. It aims to foster intellectual autonomy and capacity building, enabling each party to define and lead its own future.
